Make my joy complete
We have the ability to affect one another...let me say that again. WE HAVE THE ABILITY TO AFFECT ONE ANOTHER. Are making others joyful? Are you helping others to feel good about themselves? Are you sharing anothers burdens so that they can deal more effectively with their circumstances?
God created us to live in community. That means that we are eternally tied to one another..the whole of the human race is on this earth for each other. Lived out this means so many things for social plights such as homelessness, poverty, hunger, AIDS, loneliness, grief, etc., etc.
Make a difference today. Get connected. Get invested in another person in order to make their life more complete.

I was just wandering you say share each others burdens, do you share? I am just wandering because it is easy for us to say these things but really in the end do we really do this?
It is difficult thing to do AND an impossible thing to judge in another person. Are we being faithful to the persons God has called into our life? Remember, Jesus did not heal every sick person in every town He went to. But Jesus was faithful to those God put in His path.
I didnt mean that to offend you, just a question that was upon my mind while reading your post. Also, yes Jesus was faithful to those God put in his path and that also REQUIRED his time.... like sharing burdens requires our time.
Very good point about required time. I wish I could keep that in mind more often instead of rushing through life. How many more people we could invest our lives in if we let go of some of the "extras" in life that consume out time. Thanks for your insights. No offense taken.
