Articles of Faith: The unfortunate age of entitlement in America

Articles of Faith: The unfortunate age of entitlement in America Thought this was an interesting read and wanted to pass it along. I am always on the lookout for themes or trends in our culture. As for this piece, not sure I am ready to call our age and 'age of entitlement' as the above article suggests, although I too see that in our culture. Something to think on: When we begin to make blanket statements about people, we need to make sure we are not setting expectations that people will live into. I think viewing general themes in our society is helpful, but we do well to not "label" people in such a way that it dehumanizes them. People are still people. God continues to show love through patience and perseverance to us all.
