The last of these home invasions happened at 10:19pm. Here is my question for the day. Does an impersonal attempt at sending a message help or hurt your message? Are people more likely to be turned off or turned your way? I believe that the medium of the message is just as important as the message. Communication theorist tell us that communication is a confluence of message, medium, sender, receiver and static all rolled together. You mess up on part of the equation, and the message is at risk.
